Is n4 getting official android L? Doesn't seems like it will be having it :(

Hi sifus,

Good day. Need your urgent help. My nexus 4 just did ota update from 5.0.1 to 5.1 , however in the midst of process it showed "error" , and from then it kept stucking at boot animation. My device is not rooted and do not have custom recovery as well. I could boot into recovery mode and i already did wipe cache option however the results still the same. I know that i could select factory reset option , however i need to backup my phone data like contacts etc...... i tried many ways i got from internet, yet the very first issue is i couldnt connect to pc ( with adb interface detected).

Sifus sekalian , is there any way to save/recover my phone?
