Bigger screen was never in Jobs planning, it was Cook. Jobs believe that phones should be held one handed most of the time and perform task like making calls, texting and browsing with one thumb gesture only. He also believed that any hardcore internet browser, art enthusiasts or gamer should refer to tablet instead of phone. So why bother to have bigger screen phone?
