Since there's a torrent of iphones thread in /k/ does the sapphire display is there in the new iphone? because that alone justifies the price.

this is valid when back in few years. but not now.
as days goes by, user requirement changed and demand more. Take example, game. A high visual and long game. The apps developer will have to developed the game more complex. More visual, more graphics, more sound and all is pay by the file size and speed to load in. Ram as u know. game will load their resources to there for faster process. And you tell me no need higher spec?

U take iPhone 5 load google earth, browsing and do navigate. You will know. Bear in mind ur fb etc social app still running behind.

so iphone selling point is their launch events?

anyway, why is it still not valid even now? then tell me how does ios deal with the same high end game with a much "meager" spec than your top of the line android? you can find pretty much the same problem on both and yet ios has far less prowess

in the technology line, everything need innovative, speical, outstanding to sustain some time but it will easily be replaced, matter of time. The moment iPhone start to make bigger screen, it stated they have joined in the party of big screen(android world). You joined into the circle whereby others phone is already afar from you. You just have make a mistake of joining the party.
Previous, iPhone 3gs then to 4. Is a big different. That what iPhone should do but not like current 5 to 6. Steve is deep sad for his iPhone product line.

About the validity, I already posted example u can try on iPhone 5. Rather u can compare it with nexus4. I'm using the n4.

Earlier stage of smart phone world is small. Ios good, android is sucks, not stable because of to support different hardware of phones. But nowadays is different, improvement did a lot on android. Have u ever tried those pure android b4? What is lagdroid? used 1 years+ with n4 stock rom. No lag. What is iPhone? A jail. And now iPhone 6, a jail with the same jail with larger space to write on wall.

well, i blame the consumers that wants bigger screen. now finding smaller phones with decent hardware is a rare sight. as far as i know, only sony is still doing it. but with the increasing size of the Z3C, that may be the last phone with uber hardware below 5" screen

i no have ip5 la. and what about google earth? loads fine by me. have twitter, fb, messenger on. changed a few times. still loads fine. and that's on an ancient ipod touch 5th gen. so what did you wanna say again?

i agree that ios now sux what with all the problems with the security bypass and all (ugh itunes). and with ios8, lag is worse on my itouch. you feel it's like a jail, but i feel it like a device. up to you what you want to feel about it

and don't assume i don't have any experience with android. i own both types of device, so i have a clear grasp of what i'm saying
