Hey i cant find any topic for Anggun buyers in Alam Nusantara. I'm about to sign SnP with PKNS. Any heads up you guys willing to share...
1. Pros and cons of developer, area/location
2. Quality by PKNS
(theres no show house, so i cant imagine whats the material is going to be like especially if im buying a 870K house!)

Also if you guys interested we can create a community forum for Anggun.

wondering 70% bumi lot allocation, how much of it has been released? is ur unit released from bumi lot?

overall PKNS quality has seen some improvement, based on their previous launches (all the Ayu series)... but the design of the house really doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

I dont know to be honest, im bumi btw....i called and lucky thing got cancelled unit.. try and give them a call and see!

Btw, pkns dont have any show unit ar? i wont believe until i see with my own eyes, want to see the finishing and material used....

i agree the ayu impian design is a bit old fashion, but anggun to me is nice actually, the glass balcony makes it look modern i suppose...if the colour is greyish instead of yellowish even better....

I stay around there. I think the location is great. Just opposite setia city mall. Location alone worth more than RM870k. Quality wise, no comment.

It's convenient. No hospital at the moment but I think going to open one soon. But there are a lot of school around. Not worry about the commercial part. It's great that you bought the unit.

Don't worry about facilities. Location is good within Setia Alam. It is located 300m behind Setia City Convention Centre.

The built is good. I'm a contractor and has been "inspecting" ayu series houses during renovation. The built is a lot better than ayu prima. Anggun 1 is fully clay brick. Modern design with glass roof and stainleas steel glass stair handler. Door is "Eco Park" standard with 8" tall. Powder coated sliding door. Go see the show house yourself. Got a unit ready to view although not as user friendly as other showroom. It's located at the site so expect some rough road. Your bumi lot intermediate at rm870k? Got any freebies?

This built up is 2700 sq. 24x75. Some drills of the house when i passing last Sept 2014. Not sure how it is now. All Clay Brick. It is rare IMO to get such house in Setia Alam and BBR even for the price of RM800,000.00.

The opposite under construction developent 3 storey Anjung Sari is not. Same to all Ayu's series. Except those under construction banglow facing Setia City Mall.

Can i know these 2 project Anggun 1 and 2 have already delayed and over the 2 years completion date? I saw somewhere stated expected Date of Completion is April 2016.... Thanks.....

This is old pic. Now is near completion with landscaping and road sign.

They are repairing the main road between Anggun and Anjung Sari.

Not sure why they need to break the road 100m scratch before laying aggregate and sand. The road previously seem to be cemented based with BRC.

It's 60% naturally gated with big drainage so not hard to make it fully G&G. There are some agents asking to let go at rm900k. For comparison same size of 24x75 at Bandar Bukit Raja is going around RM900 now. This project located at more strategic location so expect higher appreciation once 2 nearby mega project completed. (Institute For Health Systems Research 2018 and H Educity in 2017)

Just passed by a few days ago, should able to make it to be this year...anjung sari on the other hand...lavender or phase 2 seems like it's not moving..anyone knows any news on it?

Some G&G formed by developer and 2 years later to hand over to the residents.

Like Ayu's series behind Setia Convention centre they form own entrance guard from the start. Don't see a problem till now.

End of the day developer will hand over the security to the residents.

Anyone got any update for Anggun 2 from PKNS ? It seems progress very very slow.... Last heard from PKNS that Anggun 2 will collect key around end March 2017, but i am so doubt on it.... Thanks.....

The Anggun 2 progress very very slow since last year end...... heard was caused by PKNS changed the contractors.
