Sper Project ( simple project , 30 minutes can finish , do not even need to meet me )

Description : To create a program , whereby :
1. when nothing was done , the computer is being locked , no one can use it
2. once an impulse is send thru USB port to the computer , the program will be run. What will the program do ?It will unlock the computer , enable the user to use it for 1 min.
3. 10 sec before the 1 min ends , the computer will display a warning
4. If any more impulse was sent during the 1 min , ( for example there's still left 30 sec ) , then the left over usable time will be cumulative , means 30 sec + 60 sec = 90 sec . If impulse was receive , then the computer will be lock again, all program that was being run will be close , but windows still running.
5. Desktop will display the leftover time for usage.
