I require a web service which can do two parts. First, when a user registers, my application will send his/her user id in JSON format to a ID table. After login in, the user will then upload a series of JSON objects of maybe up to 500 in total to the service where the service will look for matches in the table of IDs then return the objects that are similar.
Next,
The user will then send another JSON object consisting another person's ID and then start a 'chatroom' with the other party.
The basic mechanism is
1) user login by submitting a JSON of ID
2) user login and sends a series of JSON objects to service
3) service finds similar JSON objects and returns
4) user sends a JSON object to the service which will start a 'chatroom'

much like whatsapp, viber and that sort of things
