What i need is my own WP site. It's up already (without content though), I need somebody to modify it this way:

1.) Two updateable regions on the Home Page - A ) Latest Portfolio items, B ) A part that'd contain some posts by me
2.) These items (described above) appear on the Portfolio and the Blog page as well, the only thing is that the home page should show only the latest additions with DIFFERENT FORMATTING. So i need multiple blogs in one, basically and someone to do the coding for it. The portfolio part of the site will have main and subcategories for example: A) BRAND CAMPAIGNS B) MAINSTREAM C) NEW MEDIA etc.
3.) Resizing about 100 images according to a template I give.

Tha'ts all. It’s basically a portfolio site that I can update easily day-to-day.

What I meant by that is:

1.) I upload a new portfolio item with description to the site
2.) The last (let’s say) 3 items appear on the front page as ‘latest work’
3.) It also appears in the ‘Portfolio’page in a subcategory (subcategory like ‘branding’ or ‘mainstream advertising’ etc.)
4.) When new ones come to the portfolio, the older ones disappear from the home page (and can be found only at the designated ‘portfolio’ area under a subcategory
5.) The ‘DIFFERENT FORMATTING’ would mean that on the home page the work will have a big image with only headline and a link, while in the ‘Portfolio’ part the image would be a thumbnail with description and only on click it enlarges.
