I have been running my small business without any reliable filing system which worked well throughout the years, to which i resorted to simple excel to keep track of my worker updates.

............I have reached the point where i need a reliable standalone database for efficient searching and minor updates (Worker cleared, etc)

Description: A Microsoft Access or any more visually appealing database system that allows for a menu style search, with easy method of updating any detail within that search result. (Displays everything about the worker from the standard age, date of birth and other details that i will specify with you.) No networking required database will be on my internetless pc.

Deadline: No hurry. About a month or two.

Skills required: Most likely Microsoft Access. Im no computer literate here.

Payment: Im currently willing to fork out RM 400 or so (negotiable). Note that i have zero idea how is the freelance market is.

Additional info about my work for those who might get a clearer picture of what i need:

-I handle in the recruitment of foreign workers, as such i need to keep track of their personal details as well as the company they are working for.
-Often every worker will have somesort of complication/case where i need to do minor update to their detail.
-I often make reminders or lists for myself to keep track of which employer have paid their dues. As well as all small transactions from transport to consultation.
