Description: A company is interested to build an app, here's some information below.

It's a supply and demand thing. Users are required to register an account to use the app, there are 2 types of users. Just like Uber or Grab, the drivers and the passengers.

Example, User A asked for 5 units of something and any users can accept the offer to fulfill User A's demand.

For your info, we don't have any CMS/Backend/API.

Can anyone here provide us an estimated price to develop this kind of app? Any price difference for with/without integrated payment gateway / API / other features? How long does it take to create this app?
