Need some recommendations on the next gigs for entry audiophile. Which first? DAC? Amp? Headphone?

- My rig - Sony Walkman Z Series, Fiio E09, Samsung Smartphone & Tablet, Sennheiser IE8, UE Super Fi 5, Sennheiser HD598
- What type of usage - musics, action movies
- My file sources - MP3, FLAC
- Genre of music you listen to - instrumental(mostly piano and guitar), jazz, pop, country
- Type: Headphone

My budget is around RM700 - RM1000.
Prefer clarity and emphasize on vocal in music, bass in movies.
I am targeting next headphone Sennheiser HD650. New or used also ok. Any suggestions?
