Right now on ATH-M50x, thinking about upgrading. What's next? Design must come first.

I'm not an audiophile, only listen to spotify. but Shiat..... MDR-Z7, now I'm in love already, the design itself made you fall at first sight. Seem this is the right track. Anyway, I've always wanted to own Beats PRO Infinite Black, loved the color and design (Extra RM250 for the color ). But almost all the reviews said, it's not the best bang for your bucks. Almost everything about it is exaggerated especially the bass This true? Anyone here own it?

So what people keep telling me about. It's right to the dot sir. It's kinda no point having premium grade headset if you only plug to your tablet listen even to the highest quality downloaded spotify's song (while lying around reading comic). It won't revealed the true nature of the beast but i like the idea of it.

Haha, not a fan myself. What to do, the cheapest and Ori wins.

1) M50x limited blue, last time you need to add extra 80. After two weeks of waiting then got the news "supplier failed to fulfill".
2) Order another M50x black while waiting for refund. 2 days after, received the item only to find out it was broken, only left side produce a sound.
3) Return the item (tired part). Received a new one. (It said 'Returned' on the image i posted)

Part 2 & 3 takes less than a week. Well, it's tiring sometimes but the compensation i received from them every time they made a mistakes is well worth it

Last night, bought myself FiiO E18 Kunlun @RM470 to pair with my M50x, not sure how it will turn out. Doesn't own any DAC/AMP before.

I'm not really sure if i understand. Play it non-stop?

Received e18 today. Can someone explain in a words that i could crunch, my vocab is not good regarding audio's tech. What does those switches mean? GAIN and BASS? Some kind of booster?

Seem like E18 DAC function doesn't works with Redmi Note. Not detected. It works with Note3. Any work around? I tried installing some suggested app. Didn't work though.
