Hi sifus, there's a chance I might have some extra budget this month to add another can to my small (small is overstating it I just have one ) collection.

Can you guys give suggestions which headphone would best complement the HD800? From my own reading I would guess it's the LCD2 but I've always been in love with the beautiful Fostex TH900 too (it's just visual lust though).

My current chain is optical out from my SB Omni to Matrix Mini-I (2014 ver) > Audio GD Precision 2 > 4-pin XLR HD800

Also wondering if I should just use the money to buy a better DAC. Personally I doubt a DAC would make a significant difference though.
