Hi all,
I'm looking for a new bluetooth earphones, any good recommendations ?

- Your rig: iPhone. The one with no headphone jack...
- What type of usage: Music and videos on the go
- File format used in your source: Mp3 mostly, Spotify and sometimes ALAC
- Genre of music you listen to: Pop, Acoustic, Vocals, Rock
- Headphone/earphone type: Earphone. Definitely not headphones. This will be often used when on the go. So something small would be much appreciated.
- Other requirements (if any): Stability, Sound quality, battery life, design/compact. Importance in that order
- Budget: RM300-400ish

Thanks !

For sport can try Sony XB50BS or XB80BS. Normal use wise the XB70BT is very comfortable because they hide the bluetooth receiver and build in dac/amp in the collar band, so the housing of earphone is quite light.

Thanks for the recommendation.
However, I'm not really a fan of the DAC/Amp on the collar band.
I'm looking for something smaller for storage purposes.

Also, I read the review it's a bit bass heavy.
That's not exactly my cup of tea...

Is the MEE Audio X7 plus good ?

If prefer clearer sounding can try Jaybird X2. Now X3 comes out, the old model price will drop.
Around this price can consider Sony XB950BT. But normally around the same price wired one will sound nicer.

Thanks.
I'll wait for Black Friday which is coming up soon.
Hopefully USD won't appreciate by too much then

Just after a few weeks of very light usage, my Jaybird X2 just died on me.
Unable to switch it on now.
Googled online and apparently it's quite a common issue.

I really do not recommend these wireless headphones to anyone.

I am using jaybird bluebird X after 3 years still works great
*
It's great when it works.
When it doesn't, well ... doesn't matter if the sound quality is extremely good.

Just like HDD.
drawing a lottery with every copy.
Some works for years, some may be DOA.

Just complain to jaybird. They will normally replace whole unit, or even update it (with you paying difference).

I bought it via amazon. They can't do a replacement, onlu refunds.
I've to return the parts which is incredibly troublesome.

Hmm, jaybird got sell locally why buy through amazon? If it's actually original may be worth to contact the local rep to ask, but likely from amazon got some con job going on (my own opinion). I've also gotten display unit etc. by buying from amazon, so I don't do that anymore.
*
This unit was new and original.
Or at least it appeared new with a sealed box. Everything look the same as those unboxing videos. Sound quality was good while it worked too.
The shop was credible with tonnes of good rating and it is stated to be a new part. If it was a fake part, us customer will sue it to the ground. Doubt they give out display units as well.

Definitely no red flags there.

I purchase from amazon pretty frequently without any issues before USD rapidly increase in value.

I got the jaybird x2 at a really good price. USD70.
Along with a few other items, I qualify for free shipping to singapore.

Anyone using the Jaybird freedom ?
My X2 just kicked the bucket and I'm thinking of getting the freedoms. They're pretty cheap at abou RM200. (Excluding shipping and tax) https://www.bestbuy.com/site/jaybird-freedo...p?skuId=6040000
Or is there anything better for less that price ?

Need some recommendations.
- earphones/earbuds. As portable as possible.
- Bluetooth wireless
- for iOS. So aptx is not necessary
- noise cancellation (most critical feature)
- no/inaudible buzzing noise during active noise cancellation. (Also very critical)
- BA if possible. SQ more towards details / balanced rather than bass heavy
- budget <Rm1k

Any suggestions ?
Thanks.

Edit: got the bose qc35 ii instead.
- ahhh should had gotten the Sony
- no highs, no lows, must be bose.
