QUOTE(ghoss @ Aug 30 2020, 09:18 PM) Is it the same as Sony Xb900n? Much better than that. WH-1000XM3 is the full name.I'm worried to get 2nd hand as not sure the authenticity or got problems later Some Sony Center or Harvey Norman have it for demo. If you worry about fake (not sure is there), buy from well known members in Garage Sales. Or maybe look for new one, maybe there's offer for below 1k since they want to clear stock. |

TQ~ You can also consider Hifiman HE400i as planar driver which is faster response and less decay than dynamic driver have better details. Hifiman Sundara if you can up your budget. alexloon liked this post

I'm looking to purchase 2 IEMs.
1 wired earbud for desktop use 1 wireless for walking/exercising needs. AFAIK, wired earbuds still beat wireless by a long mile in terms of sound quality, correct me if I'm wrong. Hence, for the wireless, durability and longevity are my priorities. Budget is RM300 and below for each earbud. Thanks in advance! This post has been edited by lolwei: Sep 21 2020, 07:24 PM |

For wireless, RM300 can get you a pretty good TWS earphone, you can check out Edifier This post has been edited by :+:[J]erR[y]:+:: Sep 21 2020, 04:57 PM |

So what you guys recommend for open back headphones, coming from XM4:-
Requirement 1.) Can be driven with Fiio BTR3k 2.) Comfortable for listening for long hours. 3.) Bright sounding, balanced bass 4.) Detachable 3.5mm cable a.) Recommendation in below RM500 price range? b.) Recommendation in the RM500 to RM850 price range? I'm pretty satisfied with sony XM4, problem is my ears get too hot after listening for 30 minutes. Can't do long hours. Comfort is a must. I've reduced my XM4 bass by -2 so I guess I don't need really a strong bass and prefer brighter sounding signature. I like it to be wireless so the requirement on being able to be driven by Fiio btr3k is also important. This post has been edited by Drian: Sep 23 2020, 08:56 AM |
