How's the development of this area so far? on paper it looks really good to me. just applied through PR1MA. hopefully i can get one unit haha

CNY time I visit . got 1 block highrise building (I guess PR1MA show room block). surrounding all clear up. empty land now should be doing some ground work

if can deliver looks like a v good deal for the average city worker.

Ooooo ok la at least not abandoned project. Haha. Also wondering how far it would take to walk to the KTM station.

it's around 800m walk can see the block up at the hill from ktm station

whoa. 800 metres is actually quite decent. even if 1km also ok. hahha. praying hard i will get one unit. no money buy house in kl. but probably need to fight for lift every morning.. and dunno how the tenants will be like.. scared also..

confirm need to fight for lift leh tenants must be young couples & middle class uni grad.. Pr1ma focus is that wat..

then get lower levels and use the stairs.. it's quite a huge number of units leh.. quite dense...

haha hopefully.. scared they rent out to foreign workers only.. but seremban should be ok.. those brickfields and bukit jalil ones probably...

will be a good test to see the enforcement on ownstay whether pr1ma can be dictatorial like sg hdb or just be another few banglalands.

if any pr1ma buyer can share the doc that lists the tnc that would be nice.

the T&C says owner must stay there.. so u can always claim that u have a room there.. and those people are your friends..lol..

yea normal sg hdb way to break d law haha...website tnc i know. i want to see the doc. how legal it is, whose letterhead, and the terms they use and if any act or legal clauses to enforce. and whether action taken is by pr1ma or govt or polis. those v imp to see how strict they reli wanna be abt it. if just a piece of paper simply printed... we all know la.
