PR1MA housing project to start soon in Seremban QUOTE The Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia (PR1MA) housing project will begin soon at Seremban Sentral.
Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the project had been delayed due to a land acquisition issue which had been resolved.
"The project was delayed as there was an issue on the price of the land offered by the owner, Railway Asset Corporation, to PR1MA, which was said to be overpriced," he told reporters.
"However, the parties have come to an agreement and work should start anytime soon."
Mohamad said the first phase would see more than 5,000 houses built in the state.
The project was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in 2014.

How's the development of this area so far? on paper it looks really good to me. just applied through PR1MA. hopefully i can get one unit haha

will be a good test to see the enforcement on ownstay whether pr1ma can be dictatorial like sg hdb or just be another few banglalands.
if any pr1ma buyer can share the doc that lists the tnc that would be nice.
