A question that has been bothering me. On the toothpaste tub, it sayd to not exceed twice-a-day usage. But isn't the advice to brush teeth after every meal, in the mornings, and before going to bed? Anyone keen to shed some light on this?

Reading the thread, it is recommended to keep the toothpaste in the mouth longer. Does it applies to mouthwash as well?
