Hi, my gf said I grind my teeth alot when I sleep. Even my "tiger teeth" is flat now. Especially the front part of my teeth (bunny teeth tiger teeth) those inner bigger shorter teeth are still have some crown? Sorry I dont know the specific words for these.. is there any cure for it? I dont wanna grind my teeth when i sleep and any prevention? As my dentist said its quite severe and if prolong of this grinding symptom while sleeping it might cause alot of pain or toothless in the future, can be prevented by wearing a custom made mouth guard when I sleep?? But it seems to me alot of discomfort when I sleep and trouble when i travel gotta bring along.. Please help =( I want my teeth

QUOTE(Batusai @ Oct 4 2019, 11:44 PM) First, you need to find out the cause of your grinding? Stress or anxiety is one of the main reason, maybe find out when did your GF started noticing and did you have any change of habits? Or perhaps you might have some mal-aligned teeth that causes the grinding, which can be fixed by braces. Wearing a custom made mouth guard is one way to minimize the grinding as it parts your teeth away and protects the teeth from grinding each other. I would suggest to start using the mouth guard to minimize the grinding habit and in the mean time find out what is causing the grinding to happen. Yearsssss my friend, no stress no anxiety, lifes good.. whyyyy Usually how much is it for the mouth guard
