Hi, sorry for late reply and glad to hear your plan relieve. BUT , i still want to prepare you for worst case. If you experiencing throbbing pain during sleeping, it means the infection has already gone into the bone. The best treatment is root canal treatment. But the pain can also be relieve with normal filling, with the chance of the pain coming back, so when the pain has come back, you know that this teeth is beyond normal filling, root canal treatment or extraction is the treatment.

thanks for your reply

the doctor gave me the option. Root Canal or pull the tooth. i chose root canal. he already jab my gums with GA.
during the doctor was cleaning the teeth preparing for the root canal. suddenly he said no need to do root canal
it is close to the nerve but have not hit it. so he proceed with normal filling.

as of now. the pain is still there when eating which i think is normal as it requires a few days of healing.
will update here if the pain comes back(hopefully it do not) flex.gif
