This is the image of my X-ray. I am looking to extract both my wisdom teeth at my lower jaw. Typically is this complicated or is it commonly seen?

In case everyone wondered whatever happened to my tooth, I went to see my childhood dentist back in Seremban. He had let me know that there’s decay only on my molar. So he asked whsts the need to extract both good (wisdom tooth) and bad (2nd molar). So instead of a minor oral surgery, all he did was a simple extraction on my 2nd molar and I feel perfectly fine now. Costed me rm40 instead of thousands
