Yes you can walk into government clinic just like that, usually you'll see a general dental officer, just let him know your concern.

Government clinics do offer RCT, but for fluorosis, root canal is not required.

Its just a cosmetic treatment to cover mask off the spots, there are various treatment options available depending on your case.

Now trying contact for mahsa dental student ,but mentioned close until 4/jan
