Its just a cosmetic treatment to cover mask off the spots, there are various treatment options available depending on your case.

just fyi gov clinic not accepting non emergency case for now(at least for the one I visit), please call prior to visiting.

I think depends on area (Covid zone), the clinic I went(Putrajaya) temporary not giving service or accepting any new patient when I last call
