I think my top wisdom tooth is finally decided to show it self as i feel pain on and off this pass few days especially at night. No collison. Semi out already.I was touching it with my finger & some small parts of tooth came out!! like chips of it. I think its rotten?

So I am planning to extract my top wisdom tooth since suspected got hole,( can feel it with my finger got big hole )& hard to maintain. What the cost like in private clinic. Entitle for MC?
Thank you very much in advance

Hi, the best way is to let a dentist to check for you as i cant give a confirm diagnosis just by your description. It is always recommend to remove the wisdom teeth if you unable to maintain the cleanliness. The cost will actually depends on your teeth condition. If it is erupting well, the dentist may charge you for normal extraction price (Rm50 - Rm100 ). If require surgical extraction, it will go to a few hundred

Usually just let it drop down. But if the shaking teeth causing her pain and discomfort, then you have to bring her extraction

An update ...

My daughter asked her mum to pull out the loose front tooth. Done yesterday.

The new tooth to replace this removed front tooth is already there but coming up at an angle towards the inner mouth.

Question - should we leave the new tooth to grow by itself and hopefully it will realign itself to grow upwards rather than at an angle?

Advisable to ask my daughter to use her tongue to push the new tooth outward to correct the slant angle? Maybe do this 2-3 times a day?

Many thanks.

I guess your daughter now is about 6 years old. If there is no obstruction in front of tooth, it will be straighten it back naturally. Give it a time of 3-6 months to observe. But they will not do a braces or appliance on your daughter now as she is still too young. smile.gif

also U 1 professor to pull your teeth then U can call 03-78414084 for appointment,

Only for those who willing to pay and willing to wait.

the next job is to get the list of best dentist graduate every year from USM, UKM, IMU and NUS. this may require searching through the convocation list of each university.
get the name list, cross reference with their clinic,. Boom, that the list.

if best student also screw up then I think
a) your luck must be damned bad.

dentist no need to be near public transportation because if your teeth is pain, you will go anywhere.
dental pain is generally a rare case.

Hi doc, I am feeling very painful on one of my central incisor, I would like to know what is the possible treatment that i can expect from my dentist during my visit next week?

There's no cavity on the tooth.
I have search through the internet and some said root canal will do the work but i would like some professional help.
Plus the dentist that i will be visiting is a very expensive one so what is the best solution would you recommend me to go for?

I been told that Fluoride is not an advisable element in toothpaste and secondly I have a gum that will bleed all the time when I brush my teeth. How can I deal with this ?

Agree with this comment.

If no discomfort, let it lie. But if hinders your daily activity, go see a dentist and see what is the next move.
