1.6fc better than 1.3fc? i always thought higher cc = higher fc

i dont know about proton's production policy.. but a mass-produce car should already be built before the launching date. it's not a custom-made car..

Couldn't agree more.  My wild guess is that they had speed up the launch just to counter axia despite production line not ready for it..

Their plant production capacity has been quite low recently... Why not able to deliver asap?  Hehehe

yeah, and i keep monitoring those feedback both the IRIZ and AXIA for my kids. getting their driving licence next year. thinking of MYVI, but kinda boring. too many on the road already. still in a puzzle.

actually, planning the 3rd car that are more economical and practical to practiced their skill. i got the KEMBARA for my daily used. my BOLD for long distance/weekend used only. too expensive for them to play around. of cause AXIA was my 1st choice, but then IRIZ looks better.

mainly aim the AXIA coz of the FC especially for town used. 17KM/ltr vs 13KM/ltr for IRIZ.
secondly the maintenance. both having new engine. so no history. yet to monitor/feedback for a few month.
its not that urgent, so i don't mind waiting. tested both AXIA G and ARIZ 1.3. my 13 years old KEMBARA still serving me well, and my new BOLD proved no major problem.
the kids don't care much as long as they got something to play with, but not my BOLD. already poisoned by their mother saying IRIZ more cute. of cause i prefer the cheapest.

no la.. for me, if i am a kid, i will be happy if father give more extra allowance for refuel..instead of give much better car.. no point if father give mercedes, but only able to drive around 1hour during weekend.
no money to refuel.. 

Underpowered and unreliable?

I got proton rainbow umbrella and Yes boxset as gift. I don't need the Yes package coz i have maxis dongle already. Anybody want to buy? It comes free with 1 year 6GB per month data 

No need to buy at jpj counter, just buy on9 will do. If you lucky you can even buy couple number for only 210 and any state.

1. go jpj information counter say u want to register MYSIKAP online .
2. go counter information sit down and wait officer get the register code for u (request your IC)
3. got the activation code , bring back to home and log in jpj.gov.my
4. use the activation code activate your personal MYSIKAP account .
5. u can buy no.plate online , all number available will be RM210 total .

1. Can choose any state without runner help (except langkawi & labuan)
2. Can show what the available number for the current alphabet series and non tendered number
3. No need to rushing queue up at jpj counter to buy your desire number

I got Yes! which could only be used for about 1 week before not usable any more.. what la..

Was also given tint voucher, umbrella, cap, steering lock and key chain.. no fancy stuff, not even full fuel tank..

SA told me expected to get my 1.3 cvt exec early feb. Hope it is as defect free as my mom's iriz as it my 20th anniversary present to wifey

Tested 1.3 CVT… abit underpower compared to 1.6 CVT.
My SA told me certain color still need to wait.
I sluggishing to decided 1.3 or 1.6… end up I take 1.6 ecex.

When I go to tinted shop for quotation, I heard so "bad news" on 1.3 CVT, they told me 1.3 CVT delayed due to some technical problem of the car, so Proton delayed until now… duno is rumors or truth?!

I'm taking 1.6 exec blue.

As just now what he mentioned, 1.3 CVT silver moonbust might need to wait.. I think blue, red have ready stock…

Provided it's reliable without quality issues here and there. I did had the perception of proton has changed when they were to launch the Preve the very first so called "Global" car. End up I was disappointed again with all the quality issues faced. I did write a small review regarding this Iriz earlier as i had the chance to take it for a drive since it's my girl friend's car and previously i did own a Myvi the one before the facelift was launched. What I can say is that the iriz wins hands down with the features and the driving experience is much much better than the Myvi. What the myvi offers is a reliable and a car without much headache that you need to go thru. Therefore, If only Proton could improve on their quality, I believe their cars would sell well. The Preve , Suprima has already disappointed me with their qualities, the iriz that i drove which is my GF car, i could hear some rattling sound despite being only a month old. If i were to choose a small hatchback, proton wouldn't be my choice until the day proton could prove to me that they really improved on their quality.
