See what apple did there? They indirectly force everyone to get the 64GB model and with that, they earn more automatically.
I believe most will still stick with 16GB. Most Apple users I know are no power users. The Official iPhone 6/6+ Discussion Thread | V1, Bigger than bigger

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Sep 10 2014, 01:53 AM) So the iphone 6 is not using sapphire glass. No confirmation but they use sodium ions found on glass to switch them into potassium ions, this is exactly what Corning does with Gorilla Glass. " What 2 years ago? We only invented it, it is something new; not a 2 year old tech! "Oh and inb4 all the features apple has announced thus far has been available on android for 2 years. |

Apple is no longer the industry's leader, but a follower.

QUOTE(ftan @ Sep 12 2014, 06:54 PM) Colour:Go for grey, stealthy, front panel matches LCD colour when turned off Go for silver, easy to match cases Go for gold, higher resale value 16GB, avoid it; it's 2014 64GB, sweet spot for most 128GB, overkill, good resale value but low demand |

QUOTE(ftan @ Sep 12 2014, 08:57 PM) Yeah, 64gb is the most obvious choice. 16gb is so two years ago. Zzzz. You have a point on the black screen. I do prefer viewing on darker screens, etc. What's the first color that sold out? Stocks are back This post has been edited by ((Xa))0102: Sep 12 2014, 09:18 PM |

iPhone is slightly more expensive in Singapore than some other places in the world. Due to GST and exchange rates

QUOTE(limyusiong @ Sep 16 2014, 09:09 AM) No, I din know tat...I used note 2 n 3, mi3 before...battery life so so only...well if bigger screen get better battery life, why not? A plus point for me... For an example, my record for Note 2 was 13 hours of screen time, 11 hours for my Note 3, and some One Max owners got 14 hours of screen time. While my S3 only managed 4 hours, S4 5.5 hours and my LG Optimus G only achieved a miserable 3 hours. |

QUOTE(keropi88 @ Sep 17 2014, 11:59 PM) wiw, everyone started to get the first iPhone 6 ... im just gonna wait until they launch in Malaysia , but i got a few question to ask ... just curious #1, Nope, but got sales tax http://www.dutycalculator.com/popular-impo...for-smartphone/1. if u bought the iPhone 6 at oversea, or being shipped to here, is there any custom tax ? 2. the launching price shown in the keynote is USD 299 for iphone 6 plus, converted into RM is like RM 1000, for sure its untrue, too good to be true, so hows the price gonna be in Malaysia , and why will it be different ? tax ? 3. if u buy those oversea unit, arent they are tied to the local service providers ? 4. except from the warranty issue, oversea unit are totally same with Malaysia ? i mean those function / or features / region support eg. chinese keyboard etc. #2, their iPhone 5C is free, what does it tell you about it? #3, you just answered #2 #4, if model same, then same |
