9900 wont restart, stucked

Anyone has encounter/ed with this prob?stucked at at least 75% loading screen on boot.try many methods already.including ayil's one. Buntu already.Blackberry desktop software still can detect my device.
Anyone? help? |

You need to go back to SAFE MODE and delete the offending .jar (or app) |

Well..i have tried so many methods. Even downgrading it.even after loading new fresh OS after wiping it using BBSAK or auto loader.still stucked. However.ive tried to enter the safe mode.but keep failing.
