Usually a line noise issue, check cabling inc the splitter.
You want it to ABOVE 20dB for a guaranteed stable connection.
Probably can get away with above 15db but it could turn flaky.
P.S Mine's 19/25, CRC errors below 50 after several days. Rock stable.
