ok guys, basically i just asked her why TM allowed new application to apply 8Mpbs with RM140? how about existing customer? then she asked me to hold on the phone. After a while she told me she can give me the offer if my area can support 8Mbps....after checked, the result is positive, then i just asked her to help me to apply for the upgrade...then she went through all the verification and term and condition etc...

according to her, the whole process required 7 working days, and my modem need to turn on all the time within these 7 working days....tomorrow consider 1st day...so let see how....

other than that, i need to collect the hypeTV box myself from TMpoint after 7 working days...

Yes, streamyx users got upgrade options it seems,
the website form is stated for Unifi & streamyx users as well,
I believe 8M users is getting same craps as Unifi Pro100 users,
whereas lower package should have option to upgrade to next speed,
can't assure since I can only check again on 25/01/17

As I check with TM live chat yesterday, there are no free speed upgrade for streamyx users...even though my place supported for 8mbps. The so call thank you suprises are hypptv things or webe discounts or vouchers only. streamyx users are left behind as usual..

Any particular detail I have to pay attention to?

Cause my home phone is under my dad name.
But the streamyx account is under my name.

Tried both, but still same error message about details not being correct.
EDIT: found out the problem....apparently....need to enter 08X00XX2X0X

Missing two red digits.....which is not written as in the bill....

i've read speculations saying tm/streamyx will be converted to unifi 10mb lite (optional), need verifications tho

guys my ping always spike from <100 to 3xx in games like dota 2 and csgo

every time last about 2-3min then drop back to <100, no disconnect..

any idea what is the cause and how to fix it?
