hi would appreciate it if anyone can point or probable reasons for frequent disconnection eg status or log will show DISCONNECTED and ive to switch off and on the adsl modem router again. I also switched off all WLAN and used only Ethernet (wired) - the same
In short, the DSL Light will just blink blink blink and no light on the 'Internet' LED. This begun to happen only recently - meaning for months to years no change in computer or equipment, it never happened - but out of the blue this disconnection problem occurs intermittently eg every 15mins or so

want to say a quick thank you for those who attempted to help me with my recent frequent disconnection problems
all solved now.
lesson to learn - many a time it is not a problem on our end (your equipment or config side) but at the DSLAM or TM switch or cable side. So be patient and do a 100 and state your symptoms clearly and follow up with the report no
