How to make appointment for streamxy installation since the call lady dosent mention it to me. Also 1st time subscribe. =/ Do I need to call them or go local TM point to do it?

Everything is done now but now having an issue with the modern. Internet show red light and fail to connect. I just try to change the password and this happens. Modern is innacomm w7100N.

update: white light is back but still no internet connection.

Hey guys do I need to go to TM for any procedure after installed my streamyx service since I didnt had telephone line before.

My dsl led just went off few hours ago, ady contact tm, they said will forward this issue to the team and give me reference number. Should I buy this reference number or directly contact with the technician regarding this.

P/s: I ask them does my connection fine on their side but he reply no. I m confused. mobile phone to phone, ok. phone to mobile phone, dead.

Twitch is buffering @high 720P streaming, is this TM or twitch problem? I did refresh my connection @tm side. And my connection get disconnected twice yesterday. =/
