Im using 4m also. Last time lure me upgrade from 1m. Said give me discount rm130, with Gst almost rm140. Right now ask me to Topup additional rm10 to rm140 to get 8m. Which means one package difference pricing.

I called, they said I am not entitled.

The thing I am not happy about was some ppl get 4m @ rm88, 120 140 and I am paying the highest. Worse, no upgrade from me.

What make me different than the others?

I want to file a case at nccc tomorrow.

I went to TM point at utc today and got the free upgrade from 4m to 8m. Before CNY, I called the call center and they refused to upgrade for free.

Gonna try to call TM later and get free upgrade...

However, even if I do get the upgrade, I'm still gonna feel shortchanged...RM140 for 8Mbps is still quite high...For 179, Unifi users are getting 50Mbps (after upgrade), which is  3.58 per Mbps, while us Shitmix users, even after free upgrade, are paying 17.50 per Mbps!!! Seriously, what the hell?!  ranting.gif  vmad.gif

Honestly, I'd rather TM lower the pricing of Streamyx rather than giving "free" upgrades...

If I could pay less, I would go for it. But it seems like this is the better one it is costing the least in general. Though RM/Mbps is higher, but I can save couple of hundred in a year than switch over to unifi.
