I am/was using a 2Mbps streamyx package.
I went to TM to upgrade to 4Mbps but they said TM had already upgraded for free, but when I check with TM Speedtest the speed is still 2Mbps however my DSL line rate is 4Mbps, but after a few days it went back to 2Mbps

so.. did I get an upgrade or not?
