Damn u TM screw you, 1 week no connection, I have an issue 1 week no phone and no internet connection, call cs keep saying that overhead line spoil, technician is no where to be found seems they are not bothered with my issue

Best part all the CS are from India with their belit accent, the acknowledge that there is a faulty overhead line but no technician came to do inspection. All started when their contractor started replacing the overhead cables. Now i have intermittent internet connection, subscribed 4mbps speed now speed below 1mbps and my house phone does not work.

Customer service advise me to renew my contract so my issue is solved, WTF is new contract gonna solve my issue. Very sad with their service.

No need complain. New signup can get 8mbps for rm100. Contact yr agent
