Hi, new 4MB user just by today, is my connection looks fine?
Able to stream 1080p youtube smoothly. But the 0.4MB upload speed is a pain in the ass .....

how to convince TM to switch my IP from private to public?

Without public IP, certain work function with my US colleague unable to carry out, as the connection unable to establish.

It's annoying i always need to tether my mobile data Maxis (which is public IP) just for the sake of get the work done.

It's like subscribe to Streamyx but unable to utilize it for work purpose!

After: Public IP?


Guys, TM reset my port and reassign a new IP to me after i made a request via Live Chat.

Am i really running on Public IP now?
