So guys I am now on 4mbps @ RM140, so I just call 100 talk and they will be giving me FREE 8mbps upgrade @RM140 same price if my area support it?

Hey guys I am using w3400v6 modem, seems like there is no max rate kbps in the modem, wonder how should I check the max rate? Hopefully my line do support 8mbps🤔🤔
