Hi. This few day connection not stable(keep DC). Technician come to check internal cable and external cable(outside poles). The result for

internal SNR:22 db, Line attenuation:9 db
external SNR:22 db,Line attenuation:31 db

so he conclude as my internal wiring issues due to internal line attenuation 9db and will assign contractor to change.

I checked on the "Streamyx SNR Margin" thread stated the lowest dB the better for line attenuation. My SNR last week is 31db. But this time below 20db.
So is it my external or internal or both cables having problems?
