when i was a subscriber, i used to buy china brand. any brand also better than tm one. i don't know where in the world these modems of tm being made.

yes.time really offer best...Rm129 for 8mbps but sadly it only applicate to condo.

for modems that I've used since few years ago...

- zyxel ..rarely see these models nowadays? my time last time was the single port adsl modem, but have to power cycle else it dc frequently
- aztech .. singapore one, rite? kaput less than a year.. lol
- d-link .. cheap, but if can stay away.. really bad experience, TM using rebranded dlink btw, weak chipset esp realtek one.. can't handle too much connections, even using IDM to download
- tplink .. so far the best one, currently using it.

My TM modem collection.. the worst is the grey one (latest tm modem).. wifi like s h i t..

Now, I'm using my old TP-Link as my modem instead of TM modem..

Guys.. my streamyx 4Mbps speedtest during daytime.. I can get 4Mbps..
test during night time.. only get half of it.. is this normal?? need to call and complain?

wcpon..... i think that means ur area are congested at nighttime only,

nw my 4mbps down speed only get 60-70kB/s...... how come...last time can hit max.. T.T

Just tested this morning... off modem and On modem..
reconnect it again... the speed still the same 2Mbps... wtf...

There's a cheaper model TP-LINK TL-W8951D which is priced around RM75

i cant find those tab..my modem is ADSL-RIGER-DB120WL last time i use innacomm w7100n so easy to find that clients tab...
