i dont know what this stupid TM done on my streamyx, b4 this i can stream even 1080p on youtube without any buffering, this month like hell my streaming quality on my chromecast, always show lowest quality

TM just want us migrate from streamyx to unifi and extent another 2 years contract

not only youtube, im suffering streaming on all streaming website at peak hours.

Just send email to TM and ask this thing to fix it b4 i send my complain to mcmc

already finished download StarWars Episode 1, 2, 3 (aprox. 5~6GB file) using this AnonVPN on my 4Mbps.

***Speed are very healthy, range from 280~480mb/s, seed/peer 4.000.

anyone encountered super slow streamyx these few days? it has been really unstable.

Mine is 4mbps. yes most of the time speedtest showed 4mbps. IDM on average 490-515 kB/s

It is not totally dead just super slow.... And I tried multiple dns still the same.

Anyone experiencing super slow torrent speeds...? Browsing is fine, direct DL can get normal 300-400kb, Speedtest shows about 4mb...Only torrents are getting horrible speeds, between 30-50kb (very healthy torrents,excellent seed pool)...Been going on for the past few days...

previously I can get 4.1Mbps for my package until few days back, i encountered frequent disconnect and complained to tm, they sent the technician and told me that my port got problem then change a new port for me. After that i can only get 3.5Mbps from speedtest, i complained and get reply, 3.5Mbps is consider normal for 4Mbps package. Is it true?

Hi bros here...just want to ask for expertise here. I'm on streamyx 4mb and I've been having corrupted files (zip, rar, exe) whenever I downloaded files online for a month now. Strangely no internet disconnection or static from phone. Here's my modem detail...seems high CRC errors on both downstream and upstream, eventho' SNR margin and attenuation show normal readings.

Try a different router. Look for external interference. Clean your copper line contact too.

thx for d suggestions guys but i already did all of those i.e.  do direct connection to wall socket, change 3  modem routers,  change lan cables, phone cables, use different splitters....but still got same results = corrupt files and high  crc errors.  test download on laptop, smartphones and pc using wifi also same result. i ran speedtest and got full speed. dunno what to tell TM if i make a report  .

Copper contacts at all point, from the pole or inside wiring.

Ask the technician to try from the pole if there's serious CRC error. If no, fix your house wiring.

Using wifi....maybe the router give me problem....only 1 user but haih...watching youtube also buffer..zzzz....

i chat with the technician..they currently upgradding the line to support until 10mb..
i think its just marketing la...speed ala alaa unifi gitu..hahaha

when u go to see tm technician doing upgrade/fixing at tm port just go ask..hahaha

Use VPN with servers at Malaysia or Perth, Australia for temporarily fixing slow webpage loading issue.

Now my brother plays Dota 2 at roughly 70ms with no packet loss at all. Before using VPN, ping goes as high as 110ms with 80% packet loss.

Simple question:
Can I ask TM to switch my Streamyx line mode from Interleaved to Fast Path? Interleave has high pings (about 60ms to local server). I don't have problems at all (no errors) while on Fast Path before TM changed the line type to Interleaved.

My streamyx suddenly got disconnected and wont reconnect just now. It just wont login. Crazy. ADSL line status no problem.

Any recommend free vpn site?

Wanna ask...my current connection is streamyx 2mbps.. Can i get 4mbps from my router readings? Tmpoint said no more 4mbps ports in my housing areas. Thanx
