Even Unifi face the same issue if you get onto the bad IP range. Certain IP range are having bad peering to YouTube CDN.

Try a different router. Look for external interference. Clean your copper line contact too.

Copper contacts at all point, from the pole or inside wiring.

Ask the technician to try from the pole if there's serious CRC error. If no, fix your house wiring.

You do not need to get TM to wire for you, a lot of people can do telephone wire wiring. smile.gif

Probably the technician want to earn some quick bucks. They are not supposed to touch non TM equipment anyway. TM actually aggressively ask people to purchase new router if the customers are not using TM equipment.

Your ADSL is stable but internet connection is dropped? How frequent is it?

Check your PPPOE configurations, make sure it is configured to be always on.
