I remember I apply during 2010 that time, RM68 for 1Mbps package, student package means, all student from university or college are allow to apply, secondary or primary school doesn't count.

Super throttle tonight, from 4mbps dropped to 1mbps.
Call 100, get back 3mbps for 5 minutes and down back to 1mbps.

I think this Jimat Hebat plan is exclusive for students only. For those who have Student ID from College or University only.. if you have any friends or families are still study, get their ID and IC and register it..

PS I think lar, you still have to go your nearest TM Point to ask.

if currently using 2mbps rm120 can change to 4mb rm88? im currently in college
and quite meh when 3 weeks ago tm called me about promotion, telling me to upgrade to 8mb for rm140
after one week they upgraded and while i enjoy the 8mb(sometimes <8mb but mostly 8mb)
yesterday the speed got throttled back to 2mb.
after i called just now they say my upgrade to 8mb was cancelled coz apparently my area doesnt support 8mb =.=

You need to terminate your current plan, and apply Jimat Hebat plan at TM point.. Ask see they can assist you or not...

After 1.5 month, finally my free tablet arrives.
I really hope that the tablet is windows tablet but what I get is Android tablet.
I think it is cheap china made 7" tablet.
super low resolution which can make my eye sakit when read text.
Other than that the tablet is so so only, speaker super low volume, have dual sim, camera very low quality, i think only VGA quality.
It use dual core intel processor (I cant find the exact model) and it equip with 1 gb ram and 8gb internal memory..
Pretty usable (can play CoC) but the screen is hurting my eyes (my 4 inch Redmi 1S is 100x better than this crap screen.)
Maybe I will sell it cheap2..

i need router that perform well on wifi..

currently using tplink w891nd.. wifi is just hmm..

I was thought of upgrade to ASUS DSL N12U. Did a quick search found that a lot people satisfy with the performance.

before this i using stock dlink from tm.. perform well can wifi in toilet.. until the wifi always lost connection. then change

using this tplink.. can't even surf

I still remember last time during I'm year around 19, since that time is year 2004. My home phone line is under my grandpa's name but he was died for many years since i'm age of 9. During that time at 2004, I'm really need internet connection to online because I'm playing RO at that time. I cannot just use dial-up everyday because dial-up is lag and expensive. So I go down to TM and try to apply streamyx under my grandpa's name. However, the staff in TM there told me that I must have at least the phone owner IC in order to apply for streamyx.

So later, I went back to home and take a death certificate from my grandma then go down to TM again. The manager in TM just directly ask me to go inside his room and lol then he finally allow me to apply streamyx. It's kind of funny to bring a death certificate to apply for streamyx.

it's depends on what kind of modem you are using but I just recommend you to add an extra wifi repeater near your toilet. my recommendation is buy a cheap 300mbps tplink wifi repeater. For the modem, I recommend Asus DSL-N12E. Link both modem and repeater together so your repeater can extend the wifi signal to further and deeper area.

Besides, don't put your repeater too far away from your modem. At least must has 3 bars out of 5 bars. Your repeater is used to receive the wifi signal from your modem then extend the signal to further area.
