The location next to Landmark should be the better one of the two. The bigger plot phase will be in between 2 LRT3 station and is quite a walking distance to either one. Pricing will be a killer from WCT. Both these locations are SUPERB by Klang standard

With LRT, I would bet southern Klang e.g. BBT, Bayu Tinggi, BBotanic would do better than northern Klang (Meru, Setia Alam) in the next few years.
Is always planned vs unplanned township where unplanned will grow faster since development is smaller and easier for developer to go in.
