i can't brain what on ksl mind...normally developer only build shopping center and service apt after the place become more mature....enough resident to support the commercial activity.
somehow ksl think the other round....keep promote their project base on their master plan..,.built the shopping centre in no so good area...then more ppl will come buy house here then the place become mature???this idea will work??? |
