given work but no tools, who is right?

I dont think you not given any tools..
I believe the tools need to be shared among them (workers)... and not for personal use.... If want to use by 1 person need to buy.... or else use the shared tools.... |

okay like this...
in the company i work with, the juniors/new guys are not given any tools... but they are expect to do work.. they still can do work coz their seniors have the tools.. its a matter of asking, and not giving excuses of not having tools to do work.. |
