Anyone else facing frequent dc with crucible? Its so annoying. Wanna see if its just my line or everyone in general...

On the digital upgrade from PS3 to PS4:

Looks like we can alternate between the two versions at any time, my PS4's progress and PS3's are synced after playing back and forth this morning.

I don't know about cross platform though. Guess bungie is sticking with none.

Anyone else reach Venus yet?? I don't know how it works but I experienced crazy drop rates in the first story mission, the one where a shitload of Vex just come warping out of nowhere. It was a solo run. Literally every fight I was in had uncommon drops, not a single common. In the end I walked out with 17 uncommons excluding the 2 from mission rewards.

Btw if you're going in that mission on hard, being a fireteam unless your level is higher up. The final fight is real intense.

In a way its gear dependent, you need gear with light stats on them. Your level past 20 is fully dependent on the light stats you have, eg. 20 light for level 21 and so on. I've just reached 20 yesterday myself, so I can't fully speak but as far as I know after 20 its all about farming strikes/crucible for legendaries and exotics. Rares will inevitably come along the way

That aside I've been playing with standard streamyx and its been alright for the most part. Just gotta look past the occasional delay and disconnects(which can be infuriating)

Damn update kicked in when I was almost done with a strike.. Pretty quick download though.

Games pretty great so far, gets repetitive but the shooting keeps me going. That and the neverending quest for better loot

You're forgetting borderlands. Thats a big one, if not THE big one when it comes to borrowing rpg elements for both looting and character progression. Thats a grind heavy game too, although its just raid bosses as opposed to all the options we have. I spent hundreds of hours on bl2 and imo its a better time in destiny.

You can grind engram/glimmer runs, patrols, strikes and even pvp with crucible. I haven't gotten a legendary yet myself and thats fine, granted I got an exotic weapon but thats it. The game is just into its second week

Tried it whenever I have around 15-30mins left of playtime before I had to go, this is definitely the most effective spot I've done. As usual rng is at play, but in general I've gotten more drops here than any other spots(the ones on reddit). No legendaries yet but plenty of rares and uncommons, its just a matter of getting rngesus to smile upon you
