Got FAQ tered or not for Destiny? how to access the crucible? mine still kenot click. faded color. the one that can click needs to have psn plus. Anyone can help me? or still not enough requirement?

yesterday night crucible pretty bad. always got dc. anyone experiencing this yesterday night?
btw i play crucible without psn+. Is it ok or later they charge me for that? |
