question about PvP, all players' armors & weapons are normalized right?

just last night managed to score a direct hit with my rocket launcher at a level 24 hunter, yet he survived the blast (then pwned by him)

as for my case, i got killed very easily

must be a titan with defensive perk
titans are OP XD
they are very defensive. if he drop a dawn shield before the rocket lands. he will be unscratched

character level wont be factored in. weapon base dmg should be normalize. but not the upgrades

Everyone is using Hunter for PvP btw. Hunter with sword dance is the real imba.

I think a Titan with dawn shield n shotty is more scary

scariest shit in control mode is a group of you are at the flag controlling it then a big huge titan jumped in from above

tot the dawn sheild can blind who ever that enters. with your shot gun and melee sheild wont they just be screwed?
how much does it break the dawn sheild? is it even breakable?

Most will force the Titan out the shield. If he just stays inside, people just go somewhere else.
Shield is pretty obvious from afar, doubt a lot really wanna suicide and die. Not breakable.
Every team mates who enters it gets a massive shield boost for a short amount of time.

Mostly everyone just enters and runs to kamikaze since they have the shield boost. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

titan with shoulder charge can make enemy flying...

best to clear camp at point. hence i always throw bomb at the point to avoid these ninja

Cost me 12, 500 glimmer to created it.
50*250 green ammo need to be purchase to create this shitgun.
But im glad it orange and black. My fav color all time..
