i completed one bounty last nite and didn't proceed with wrath... looking at destiny app i still can see the mission is available still.. this whole queen even is happening until 6th oct iinm..

Actually I think it's 4pm because yesterday when I was looking at the tower from Bungie site at about 3pm.. it says it will refresh in 1 hour.. so 4pm refresh faster complete and maybe like you said it will be refreshed shortly after.. but sadly I haven't experienced such albeit completing bounties rapidly..
