It's not new at all. Has been around since a long time. Very near bandar puteri but cannot access from bandar puteri.

Have to go in probably via batu 14 or saujana puchong.

The developer should spend some money cutting a road into bandar puteri ( something like what Puchong hartamas did ).

Mutiara indah was definitely a good investment. Am still holding it. The committee members have been doing a good job to upkeep the place.

Grand view has been around for some time. Those who bought right at beginning in 2009 would have some decent gains as it was below 1mil. Actually if you buy in now it could be good timing cause ijm will be improving the whole project with very nice theme plus the relatively lower sub sale price now

Puchong is crisscrossed by a network of major highways, including the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Maju Expressway (MEX), North-South Expressway Central Link, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), and the Federal Highway. This network provides easy access to Kuala Lumpur city center, other Klang Valley towns like Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya, and even airports like KLIA.

...

Overall, Puchong's comprehensive and efficient connectivity infrastructure makes it a well-connected town, offering residents and businesses convenient access to various destinations and amenities.

very common working hours ie. 9 hrs including lunch, aussie firm, follow their working hours. anyway, back to the topic, there is a hiking path from puteri 11 to Grandview clubhouse and the previous masterplan had allocated a road reserved connecting both development. also there was a large piece of land for tnb pmu.

That explains...

If no party is willing to fund the construction, the reserved road remains reserved...sad.gif
