Hi Guys.. need your help.. based on your experience..

Quoted by one of a contractor (in Tanjung Malim) for the kitchen/wardrobe cabinet:-

Base unit - MYR 200/ft
Top Unit - MYR 220/ft
Tall unit - MYR 550/ft
Wardrobe - MYR 430/ft

is it a reasonable price? Material for door is glass (3G)

Guys.. What is the diffrent btween solid surface vs quartz/granite? Which one is better? Let say in term of long term usage, easier to clean, maintainence cost.. Thanks

Solid surface is acrylic surface,  granite/quartz is stone (some can be artificially made)

Both required different methods of maintenance and handling. If you put at stove area stone always better. Because acrylic cannot withstand high heat.

Both stain easily, make sure you get the pattern / color not so obvious to stain.

Thanks.. Appreciate ur help

Guys.. is it true that 4G material is easily broken after some time compared to 3G? My contractor insist on recommend me to use 3G instead of 4G cause based on his experience 4G will broken and cause him problem due to warranty. anyone can confirm this.
