I must be the lucky one then, since the person who followed up with me and the installer who came and install did a good job. The original person who I signed up with and made deposit to during an exhibition in Oct 2016 in Pyramid left the company hence a lady (Janice) attended to me after that. Had her visit my house to do the actual measurements too. Also maybe because I didn't opt for those fancy 4G, 3G, quartz, whatever weird stuff etc and wanted a simple Ikea oak design. 

I too was surprised at the 100% payment upfront prior to the installation but decided to go ahead and PRAYED that I didn't kena F#$#@$. From now on I won't do this 100% payment upfront unless I'm very sure they are reputable.

The other experience which I almost kena %@$# is when my CCTV guy accidentally drilled my water pipe during instllation after I pay 100%.  Luckily the CCTV guy got his own plumber to repair the damage but it was a bit heartache when it happened.
