hi pm the price to me as well

Good evening.

May be my English is not good. But i have to write in forum and tell all my friends that my sad experience in EVERSKILL.

I am one of the Everskill Design Sdn Bhd's customer. I am very sad. Because my cabinets are suck. I feel very disappointed with the EVERSKILL workman ship.

I went to fair in January 2016 at KLCC, Renovation Expo. I saw EVERSKILL. I go in and have a look for their products. The reason why i go in EVERSKILL, because i know Steve in forum. Steve is very famous in kitchen cabinets forum. Because of Steve then i step in to EVERSKILL booth and have a view.

I met MOMOKO in the KLCC fair. She serve me. I take out my floor plan for her to give me a quotation. She ask me what i want for the design, the materials. She listen to me very well. She are very patience. After i finish tell her what i want for my cabinets, she start to propose me with the materials that EVERSKILL have. She explain in very details. She show me the different of the materials quality, measurement, accessories and etc. With the agree for the materials i choose, she come out an quotation.

After i saw the quotation, i feel surprise. Is under my budget. but i just keep quiet. And she start to explain the services that EVERSKILL provide. Explain the materials and accessories that EVERSKILL have. She explain the warranty that EVERSKILL give. She ask me to give a chance to her to do MY cabinets in EVERSKILL. And i feel that she is very sincere, and finally i had agree to give her to do my cabinets in EVERSKILL. I pay booking in the fair.

After two week later, she went for my new house to do measurement. In my new house she measure very carefully and explain a lot to me. The two day after, she sent me an official quotation again. When i saw the quotation, the price abit different compare with the first quotation during fair. I call her to ask why the price is different. She explain to me the additional cost. After she explain, finally i agree.

After one week time, she come my house for finalize. Everything is fine for me. She ask me to bank-in 50% deposit to EVERSKILL. A few days after, i bank-in 50% to EVERSKILL. And she help to arrange the installation. She told me the installation need took about 3 days to finish.

The next 3 days after i bank-in the 50% deposit, trouble nightmare happen. I receive a call from MOMOKO, and she told me that my cabinets need to add on another RM3000. I ask why? She tell me that a lot of things that we confirm before need to additional cost. And i ask why you didnt mention before? She say she forget to tell me, amd give alot of nonsense reason. That time i am very angry and i don't know how to respond to her.

I tell my husband, and my husband tell me that MOMOKO say before, no any hidden charges. Then why now need to extra charges about RM3000? I can't sleep for whole night. And i keep thinking why, and why. I feel very sad. The next day i try to call back MOMOKO, but she did't pick up my phone call. I keep calling for a few time still can;t get her. i feel very frustrated. She only call me back the next day morning. She tell me that i need to pay the another 50% + RM3000 one day before the installation. If not, EVERSKILL will not come and install. Oh My God. I have no choice. Because my house must be ready asap and i already pay 50% deposit. MOMOKO tell me like warning me, that the 50% cant be refund if i don't want EVERSKILL do for me.

I have no choice. Finally i pay the another 50% + RM3000 because i need my cabinets to be done fast. After i pay i just wait for the installation date. The first installation EVERSKILL people come. They only do 20% and said will come back tomorrow. Tomorrow i am still waiting them in the morning. From 10 am until 12pm, nobody come. I call MOMOKO. I keep waiting until 2pm. I didn't go out for my lunch because i scare they will come. MOMOKO call me finally tell me that installer unable come today for continue installation and tell me continue the next day. I have take about 3 days leave for the cabinets installation, and now because of can't come, i waste a day.

Third day come. EVERSKILL installer come for installation, but that time already 12pm. They even can't finish 50% and said they want to go, after 5pm. Installation keep postpone and postpone, and i keep apply unpaid leave. My salary gone because of apply leave for the cabinets installation. And EVERSKILL keep wasting my time for the unfinish installation. The installer even never respond to me when i do complaint. I see they install, i feel like why the workman ship is like a bit problem.

My friend come to my house, and i only realize that the EVERSKILL installer workman ship is not ok. I try to call MOMOKO and tell him what i see. She even no reply my question and feel like nothing happen. I keep complaint and complain to MOMOKO, but she never get back to me. Why MOMOKO change? She are very good start from the beginning. Now i got problem and she never serve me like before. That time i feel fainted. I think that i had been lie with EVERSKILL.

The installation from beginning said only needs 3 days, the last postpone until 6 days. They even didn't come back to repair the workman ship that i complaint to MOMOKO. they told me that all cabinets had been done. Already done? Oh My God. My dream house had spoil because of EVERSKILL with this suck of installation job.

I am very disappointed with the workman ship. I am very angry with EVERSKILL's services. I am very frustrated with MOMOKO irresponsible services. Why, why and why have this kind of not sincere company in the market. Why the sales people also same like the company.

I would like to advice my friends, after read my sad story, please don't go for EVERSKILL DESIGN SDN BHD. Please don't go for MOMOKO, irresponsible people. After collect customer payment and become like shit.

Yesterday arranged appoinment with @steve426 , he came at 6pm. Without talking much, we both agreed. He is very good person to deal with. No regret choosing him so far. Everything went as promised.

Yesterday, he promised to send me 3D view today and I got it as promised. Awesome work so far. Hopefully the quality will be as good as promised. I will update you guys later on progress.

Next will be installation of wardrobe on this coming Saturday. Kitchen will be Thursday next week.
